A nationally recognized leader in Executive Health and Preventive Medicine is opening a new Miami center and seeking a founding Internal Medicine physician to help establish and grow this highly anticipated location.
This is a rare opportunity to practice evidence-based preventive medicine in a concierge-style environment, serving executives, entrepreneurs, and other highly engaged patients who value comprehensive care and long-term health optimization. As a founding physician, you’ll help shape a new flagship location with the full support and financial backing of an established, nationally recognized group.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Founding physician role in a new Miami Executive Health Center
- Maximum of three executive physicals per day
- Small concierge primary care panel
- Fully integrated on-site lab, CT, MRI, and advanced diagnostics
- Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or inpatient responsibilities
- Long, comprehensive visits focused on prevention and health optimization
- Collaborative environment with top-notch staff and strong organizational backing
- Base salary exceeding $400,000, plus recurring compensation tied to concierge enrollment
- Mature earnings potential exceeding $700,000 annually

- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Enjoys patient education, preventive medicine, and lifestyle optimization

- Spanish-English bilingual encouraged but not required
