Ashland
- Practice in a brand-new Emergency Department opened in 2025.

- Best suited to physicians who enjoy clinically engaging Emergency Medicine with modern resources around them.
Corbin
- Join a growing Emergency Medicine program with a major department expansion underway.
- Broad procedural medicine with strong APP support and scheduling flexibility.
- Ideal for physicians who want greater influence, community impact and a less complicated lifestyle.
Paducah
- Full-time schedules can often be completed in approximately 10 days each month.
- Regional referral-center medicine with broad specialty backup and strong APP support.
- A compelling option for physicians who want high-level medicine and substantially more time away from the hospital.

These opportunities stretch from western Kentucky to the southeastern part of the state and the northeastern tri-state region. Each offers a different lifestyle, but all provide easier commutes, access to outdoor recreation and a cost structure that can make both your income and your time go considerably further.
Depending on the location, you’ll also have convenient access to larger cities including Nashville, Knoxville, Lexington, Cincinnati, Columbus and Huntington.
